Online reservation for Marlborough House take place via the interactive sales platform: https://sales.marlboroughhousechiswick.com. In order to complete your reservation, you will need to sign the reservation form which will be emailed to you and pay a £1,500 reservation fee to ensure the property will be held at the purchase price shown above until the target exchange date.
The reservation fee forms part of the 10% deposit payable on exchange of contracts.
Any extension to the reservation expiry date must first be agreed then confirmed in writing.

Exchange of contracts will take place within 28 days from the reservation date.
If the purchaser cancels the reservation prior to the 28 day exchange period, the reservation fee will be returned less all reasonable administration costs and legal fees incurred to date (excluding investor purchasers as per Consumer Code).
If exchange does not happen on the target date set on this form, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw the sale and offer the property for sale to another buyer.
Completion date is estimated and subject to build and contract. A guaranteed handover date for the property cannot be given. Purchasers must ensure mortgage offers cover delays and date changes.
Please note that renders displayed in our marketing collateral are merely artists’ impressions of the development and the finished product may vary from the render.

Please also note that the furniture in certain marketing collateral does not come with the unit. Our units are sold unfurnished unless otherwise stipulated.
